parliament is the best club

our parliament is the super class club there our respectable MPs and ministers enjoy and passing their  valuable time in wrong directions, we have lost the faith on them. they are double tongued persons./leaders. they have no respect, sympathies with the people of india. although they are worried for the poverty of the people and discussing the issue in 5 star hotels with high class meals. they are teaching us that honesty is best and they are cultivating corruptions. every minute is precious in the houses but they are wasting time,money, energy and food.

Even if some one abuses us or call our good qualities bad we shouldn’t feel sad for the above specified reason. So my opinion is to enjoy more and pass time .

really we are watching the poorest or substandard of the politics and our politicians /ministers and responsible personalities are also poor to the BPL. WE ashamed that their energies are wasting on only criticism.its results are zero, meaningless and usually we forget but our medias are playing more vital roles and magnifying their statements and becomes the matter of debate/ discussion. we are wasting our time but in this way we are watching circus of politics.all are jokers and wandering here and there in the jungle. they are looking like mockers.we are enjoying and passing our time. they are acting such acts in parliament also. it is very shameful position of our INDIAN POLITICAL CIRCUS. none have patience and common sense. all are foolish and their aims are zero. only to be remain on medias and news . now these will increase day by day due to elections. in the democratic country like our country, it is not applicable  to follow the laws. because many officers have the upper hands of the politicians. politicians are in other words are known as gunda, mafia, gangster etc. they are the real ruler  of the country . the honesty is the curse of the society in present time. the corrupt who earns and distributes the money is the boon of the society. honest are now less and corruption increased more. and without the upper hands support you can not earn money  without the support of politicians.
some times the IAS are treated own self next to god.when they have powers so they misuse power more and more. they treat their subordinates like their servants. they over look the grievances of the subordinates . in district and state level  subordinates are ill treated by them so subordinates approach to the politicians,ministers for their grievances.when they are in trouble so they  expect their subordinates to help/support them.every coin has two sides.

IT IS a shocking news but no one is ready to curb this incidences, because there are some criminal/ unsocial involved and mostly are outsiders/hostelers are doing such misdeeds. generally boys are ill treated and girls are  treated by their seniors very badly. many  newly admitted students  do not attend the colleges and not dare to lodge the complaints due to ineffective protections. no body gives proper attentions on them .when such incidence occurred then we analyze  the causes.
  it is the noble duties of the student to give up or break this custom . make a friendly atmosphere and to assist  them.it is the ideal way. and help them, cooperate them so they will give you respect long life. if you misbehave they will hate you and some time revengeful attitude develop. police, administrations, parents are less helpful. try to solve this issue by changing the mental attitudes of the seniors.if not so every year more students will die and may be one of them you may be.it is a malpractice of the society and of student society.

it is not amazing. because big ones/politicians/ ministers/ top officers are the real sources of corruptions.being influential they ignore the executives and with EFFECTIVE TREATMENT they treat the juniors as their servants. he has used his powers, influences up to the most and got all sorts of the benefits. still he is in safety zone and will remain. who will initiate the actions against VADRA. none the state and central govts are under his clutches. he has power to mold the laws.he is now a successful personality of the nation.he is a government in himself. so he is enjoying his powers/ post and influences.

SP IS EGOISTIC

it is not  the justify logic of SP . your  are a citizen of India. you are leading a state. you have taken the oath and abide by the law of union govt and also abide by your state's law. you are not independent . if you will be any wrong/ illegal/ lawless acts so the higher authorities may ask you. you can not escape from the law. why you are worried. if you are right so no need to be worried.but to face the crisis. if you are running away so it indicates that you have committed wrong act.it is not a ideal way of administration. every one is bound to follow  the laws,you do not accept the central govt help.my dear leaders/ politicians you have many faces, one side you are showing power and other side you are too poor. if your inquiry will be initiated so you will be suspender before the central govt.it is not a matter of EGO/ take it lightly.

 in every mundane being anger(krodha) conceit (maan). deceit(maya), greed (lobha) or in other words attachment (raag) - aversion( dwesha) feelings are found.
our whole transaction is based on raag or dwesh,, these are due to moha . if we want happiness so there must be absence of attachment -aversion.  in the short i can express-

I AM FACING INJUSTICE

it is true that the suspension of DURGA SHAKTI is not a very big issue. in the services it is a very common practice of the higher authorities.now the UPA chairperson is intervening in the matter. it is acceptable or not. but in our country. and all states many many officers and employees are facing such crisis. but they are unheard by even the head of the department, secretary, ministers, CM and even Governor are not worried. it is because the UP govt is headed by  SP party. so it is a prestigious issue of all opposite parties.
 i want to say in this context. i am also sufferer of the GOVT OF MP. i worked hard in favor of the govt some have lodged the complaints against me. so government of M P issued the charge sheet after my retirement. now i am facing D E. i have given my reply on basis of records but the secretary of AYUSH Department Vallabha bhavan  bhopal BUT he is not satisfied. the same practice he has applied and applying but being  the govt he is right. i did so wrong.
 i inspected many dispensaries of the REWA DIVISON AND SHAHDOL DIVISION.in both divisions , in my department the doctors, paramedical staffs were not performing their duties regularly. many dispensaries remained closed months together. so i did inspection  and on very day posted inspection reports to the competent officers eg DISM, DIVISIONAL COMMISSIONERS, COLLECTORS, DIST, AYURVEDA OFFICER, AND RELATED PERSON CONCERNED. asked for explanations and after that issued disciplinary actions against them. so the aggrieved employees  collectively lodged the complaints and after the 2 years of retirement govt has instituted DE.
it is injustice but there is no political, administrative  support i am suffering. they are giving pension when pension office had issued PPO and also i approached to the collector, commissioner, chief secretary CM, human rights commission BHOPAL  BUT my efforts were in vain.govt has vast powers. so such injustice i am facing but none is helping me. i am mentally, economically and even socially suffering.  i have no option only to face the DE.

SDM SUSPENSION IS NOT A BIG ISSUE

IT IS not the matter of ego. in the administration this is used to happen. for the natural justice  there are several citation of courts. it is the power of the govt to suspend and transfer to any one in the interest of law. i also agree that no one can interfere in the business. but for the natural justice the decision should not be biased.
in  this matter the govt has taken decision in hasty and CM has taken the decision on the basis of his political friends and those are interested to shunt her. she is SDM but being the IAS cadre it is a matter of prestige.it is not a big issue. in the parliament many issues were withdrawn so if CM revokes her suspension is not a matter of ego. being the govt employee he or she is  bound or obey the orders. but when she is posted in a very sensitive place and there are many irregularities are there so she is bound to follow the law and order. she has a judiciary powers also. no body is pleased with judge. because aggrieved always remain unhappy.
 it is not a matter of ego. in public life and in democratic systems no body is permanent. this a temporary issue, it is a routine work . after revoking her suspension govt can transfer her and put an independent inquiry and if she found guilty so punished her accordingly.
it is not a big issue. do not take it as a prestige.

many doctors in urban India ARE LESS.

i agree with the reports. there are 3 boards or councils . Medical council of India. Ayurveda boards and Homeopathy council. a person who is qualified in his field will be registered in that councils or boards.i agree  that he is eligible for the practice.
now there are government doctors and private practitioners.  now govt. doctors those are posted in the hospital, CHC,,PHC, CIVIL DISPENSARIES, AYURVEDA, HOMEOPATHY, UNANI DISPENSARIES, are not doing their duties regularly and honestly. 5o% are doing their duties  in the urban areas. where as 10% are only doing their duties in rural areas and 90% are not residing on their HEAD QUARTERS.Ps are running their nursing homes, hospitals and consultations.
 how many % are serving in macro and micro interior villages . zero % because there are no basic infrastructures, no building, no roads, no electricity , no modern facilities . now the villagers have no options but the government doctors have options either get transfer or no to attend daily duty. so there is public support to them due to irregularity  so the quacks are doing services.
 i am not advocating the roles of quacks, i oppose and propose that who is not registered in requisite boards or council are treated unauthorized practitioner , he must be treated as a criminal but the registered doctors , govt,doctors, pps are  catering 20% of the population of our country and 80% unqualified, unauthorized doctors means quacks are still serving to the people. because people have options  and those are easily available , dealing emergencies are respected by public.
super specialist , specialist are doing best jobs due to quacks, quacks are the feeders of them. when patients are not relieved by them so they approach to the specialists  and they treat and looted the the patients. there is no harm if they are taking super specialists fees but in the villages we have to make policy. still state govts and central govt is insisting to serve in the rural areas but in our democracy  those are powerful, political and administrative sounds are not attending villages and cities,govts are helpless. no doctors are honest on their duties. once they get the jobs after that they are getting privy purse and pensions. all are politically sound. there is a policy that in every 3 years they are entitle for transfer but many who are posted in one place passed whole life services on the same place where as those have no political support used to get transfer every year. so this discrepancies are also be meet out. secondly if we banned the quacks so what is second line of treatment in cities, in villages.
if we will ban the quacks and there will be no other options so there will be no need of FAMILY WELFARE DEPARTMENT IN STATES AND CENTRAL! because with out the primary health services they will die and automatically our population will be controlled. i did lot work in this field but due to political inferences none can get success.it is a big issue. words are less .

blind with eyes

it is known and every body is preaching but none is following. why? because we are mentally prepared, in words we are saying but in action we are not acting or executing. it is the vast differences between thinking and acting. ego is not only the causes of corruptions but it is causes of wandering in 84 lacs yonies. means in the cycle of life and death. in the universe. we are wandering here and there due to ego , ego is the king and his two chieftains RAAG(ATTACHMENT) AND DWESH (AVERSION). still we are known about the naked truth that we are not carry any worldly things after death but we are blindly following the desires /wants of many many things.and they are all futile but we are pursuing the things like our souls.
we are blind with eyes. we are wandering here and there and the end is zero. we are in every moment wandering in attachment or aversion. he is good ,he is bad. i like him ,i dislike them.still we are knowingly committing sins. and wants to be free.

very delighted subject/topic is this. i also agree with the writer.all points raised by her are fine and admirable. we are  now cult, educated, free live in, freedom in work, society, and economically sound also. all are good signs of the developments and progress. now i want to ask the same questions raised by writer, that if you are the mother of your growing girl/daughter then you think in that way. if she comes late, smokes, drinks, attending clubs,purchasing condoms. now what will be your reactions/opinions about her. your are liberal and open minded.you are too modern then you will accept her acts or not. in the last who will be the real sufferer of these acts. now she will bear but after some times when she will be the mother and i hope that your daughter will not allow her daughter to follow the same paths.
we know if wealth is lost nothing is lost, if health is lost some thing is lost and if character is lost all thing is lost.
why you are teaching her to get early, finish your daily routine in particular time, some exercises, meditations, share in your kitchen, to learn the food preparations, to study hard and pass with highest marks and live in respectable life and be characterful. because the daughter is a bridge of two clans.after all she will marry and pass her life in her husbands house.so serve best duties towards in -laws, sisters , brothers and family.modern life means respectable, honorable and graceful life. no sinner life and enjoy with own husband.
 i have seen that  the company of boy friends leads in sorrowful end. at liberty the daughter becomes mother, then why you angered . why you not accept her.to teach her moral ethical values along with modern cultured life. no pain if you are accepting modern aged life, liberty, enjoyable life. after some times she and you suffer more. i advise to use condoms, cigarets, wines, extra marital relations .these are acceptable or not?
