it is the moral and basic duties of the govt to provide basic needs of the citizens  like school. education, health, roads, water, electricity, transport, foods and shelters. if govt will close the schools and private and convent schools fees are high and beyond the reach of middle and poor classes. is there any guarantee that the students are of the convent will be civilized. tomorrow some one or you may say that health, electricity, roads and other basic needs provided by the govt are not satisfactory  so they should be in private . we are born in our country so we are the property of the govt.if some one does any offense so he is punished by the govt. you are also entertaining some where on the lease of govt. we can not ignore the govt but we must advise them to follow the right way.

it is a good initiation of YOGA in the Olympics.i gone through the whole discussions of the conference. i firmly agree with the opinions of maria apt regarding the standardization of yoga, teaching standards, teachers standards  and standardization of training.we want to develop the yoga in international standard.now a days the yoga practices are very different ways,individual teaches accordingly. yoga teachings must be through the institutional courses. there must be degree  and PG courses  must be there.it is an ancient science of our country. now a days whole world  is accepting the the values of yoga. it is only time taking  but not needed any expenses. it should be scientific  based with researches.

my dear moniquefishle , I am happy to know you. really you are book worm. your taste is similar to me. i am also book worm. more tah 1000 books are there of religions, medical science, philosophy, litterateurs  and others with DVDS , they are the gems of my life. i can not live without books. it is my weakness and addictions. when everi get an opportunity i used to visit there and being addictive i used to purchase books. the books  are the  sources of knowledge which never gives  darkness.

Bhopal: The state government notified the Madhya Pradesh Gau-vansh Pratishedh Adhiniyam, 2010 with effect from March 5. The government made the notification through an extraordinary gazette notification.
According to the new law, slaughtering a cow will lead to a jail term upto seven years and a minimum fine of Rs 5000 in the state.
The state government had passed the Madhya Pradesh Gau-Vansh Vadh Pratishedh (Sanshodhan) Vidheyak in the in the assembly in 2010 and was pending for Presidential’ assent until first week of January this year. The delay in getting the presidential assent was a bone of contention between the Central government and the state government. The amendment was made to remove the flows in the original Act Madhya Pradesh Gauvansh Pratishedh Adhiniyam 2004 in an attempt to protect and conserving the cows in the state.
Being a tough law, in case of arrest for the charges of slaughtering a cow, the onus of proving ones innocence lied with the accused to make the law as an effective deterrent against cow killing.
The old law had the provision of three years imprisonment for slaughtering a cow but now in the new law it would be seven years jail term and a minimum fine of Rs 5000 and which might be extended as per the will of the court.
Besides this, the law said, “no person including transporter shall transport or offer for transport or cause to be transported any cow progeny himself or by his agent, servant or by any other person acting in his behalf within the State or outside the State for the purpose of its slaughter in contravention of the provisions of this Act or with the knowledge that it will be or is likely to be slaughtered”. The amended Act also has provisions for specifying necessary actions for feeding and rearing the cow progeny. According to the law, a police officer not below the rank of head constable or any person authorized in this behalf by competent only authority would have the power to entry, inspection, search and seizure
