truth is always bitter, his intentions and objects are not wrong. several departments are only expensive not income/earning departments. like wise in govt organization a person who gets appointment order and known as govt employees so he thinks that i am getting salary due to service and wants money for work. like wise education, health , defense sectors are expensive sectors and coal. railways, electricity, banks are the richest sons of the govt, some times other departments expenses meet out by the other departments. the blood is like money. money is flowing like the water in our country. although there are shortages of water but not money. every where you can get money. from 4th class to super class one all are playing with huge sums. no shortage . now a days GANGA is in less water level and with dirty water but money is in upper limit with clean shapes.so PRAKASH JAISAWAL is right and truth is bitter in taste.
