act on cow slaughter notified by the state govt of MP.THE RULES will be framed as early. we want enforcement of act and rules. due to lack of effectiveness every day innocent animals are killed by slaughter men. act is good want enforcement. on the other hands the central/state/ and local bodies govts are opening slaughter houses. competent authority H C will not function properly. i have several acts in those COLLECTORS, SPs are authorized for execution of the acts are not functioning properly and sincerely. we know that these acts are dry subjects of the competent authorities and they have no time to take actions against them. we want effectiveness not formalities.
