IN THE ASSEMBLY when such responsible persons/ leaders/ministers are misbehaving and fighting like dogs and is treated only hot talk. if one may does so called indiscipline. we know hen a responsible and competent authority fails to carry his duties honestly and and unable to control his department so he has to face criticism. it remains bitter and undigested.so such treatment was right and opposition has taken proper initiation.
