it is a very surprising that such qualified family bearing sexual harassment by a a person, when husband is in a govt service and they are residing in the city. some times such incidences indicate the timidness in the society. it is not a good sign. although we are unaware of the situation but such incidences usually occur in ZAMIDARI ERA.
