is govt is dumb, deaf or blind. there are several options to materialized the issue. without cause nothing happens. if there is a fume, fire must be there. there are only two sides, govt and traders. both may not be right or wrong. the people are suffering and the losses of taxes, business and the adamant of govt. it is not an ideal way. talk and solve the problems. so govt is delaying the issue.
