it is good practice of Dehli police. today the road accidents are more increasing now a days. first of all the drivers have no fear of fines, punishments. a person who sufferers remains in critical condition.we know some times without evidences cases are acquittal by the courts. if this measure will be adopted by the police so the procedures of punishment will be easy.it should be applied all over country.
