SOME TIMES AAP LEADER KEJARIWAL is the CM of the state thinks himself that he is pulling the cart of state which is carrying useless, waste materials. he thinks himself that the whole constitution, laws and orders are baseless. what he is thinking is only right. i agree that he is wise, but not above the law. being the CM he has  to follow the exists laws , rules and regulations. still he has no power to disobey the present law. he is no such powerful. he is also abide by the law. if he thinks that i am right is wrong. he may be right but at present he is wrong. he is a constitutional authority of the state. he is abide by laws and his subordinates are bound to follow the present laws. A K has no power to change. but he can amend them but there are many restrictions. if he is bypassing the present road maps  he will be in trouble and whole mechanism will be paralyzed. none has given power now.it indicates that he is arrogant and is not law abiding person. like wise his other followers are following him. he will be in trouble. because administration constitution, judiciary and people are not ruled by you. you are not a free man. you should respect the present law. we know that his efforts are for the welfare of the nation and people . but it should be within the limitations of the present rules. why you are not respecting the constitution.when you haven oath so follow. you are not above the law and rules. you are overwhelming is good but in future it wii give you bad impression and reputation will be diminished. at present your actions were not praise worthy, graph is going down wards. please be seated calmly and decide and do the introspection. if you want bright future so make friendly relations to all and give soothing to the public. do not arrogant and proudly. it is the very temporary phase of life. you have to walk miles. it is not the end but it is the beginning. so make a positive and healthy atmosphere for own self. now you have many enemies. it is not good

health system is poor in MP

it is the beauty of state govt, boasting the improvement of health services. expenses are more out come is less. there are 4 LIMBS of the treatment. 1 medicines 2 physicians 3 paramedical staffs 4 patient, each have 4 qualities  so there are 16 qualities of the treatment.
 now medicines are not available , if yes so substandard, poor quality and not in sufficient amount. secondly at present  state is facing  PMT SCAMS, BDS SCAMS IN MEDICAL FIELDS. doctors are not doing their duties honestly in city and in capital HQ and in interiors and in micro interiors no doctors are residing on their HQs and not doing duties regularly. they are getting salaries regularly and not doing duties, so residents are dependent on QUACKS. no knowledge, no experiences  and not faithful to the patients,
paramedical staffs are not also dutiful. but at present NURSES have not received salary  since 3 months. they are not dedicated to the patients. and the patients are  poor so they are unable to get proper treatments.
in our state corruptions are most prevalent,none place is safe,medical education systems are poor. forged, illegal admissions on the basis of money, bribery are getting . no criterion  of admissions. there was a racket which was exposed. hundreds student passed on fake marks sheets, and in illegal way. what will be the future of the health services. millions of rupees were circulated and unqualified were entered and passed. the future is alarming. our chief minister is boasting because indirectly he is also involved in many other fields like mining, education, roads building and so on. his minster are also enjoying and they are fearless due to the corruption of CM.CM is boasting  but on ground level many are suffering due to corruptions. officers are more enjoying. because inexperienced ministers are more.  state position is alarming.

BRTS OF BHOPAL

now a days we are enjoying traffic jams, road accidents on the cast of our money. state govt, its minister, mayor, officers and contractors the gang of 4  are looting state exchequers openly, directly fearlessly.previously urban minister, mayor were one. they have planned to make  a city, beautiful so they have seen the dreams and planned.
at present the beauty of the city is increased but the difficulties are facing more and more. there are 5 thousands passengers   are enjoying on the cast of Rs500 car-ores  and and 5 lac  are facing accidents, more expensive petrol expenses and more time. every one who is on road is fearful of accidents or deaths.we are not safe on BRTS. every day people are dying and gang of 4 are enjoying.  the people are in trouble and also fearful.it is the matter of reconsideration,and there is misuses of money for benefiting to the gang of 4.
so we can say the beauty of road is DEATH.this road leads to heaven those are traveling.

in true sense all political parties are not worried for the future. they are getting temporary benefits every one is criticizing  to others with no dignity. we know all have revengeful attitudes, but they are not using proper words. every day they are deviating the minds of the people from the main problems. we are facing price hikes, no law and orders, no economical future, no employment  measures, every politicians are saying we will do . what they will do. they are eradicating their employments. they are worried for own future. since 6maonths ONE PM candidate is wandering here and there like dog. other is busy for direct communication with people, other is blaming to both and remained are barking to each one. they have lost their languages. they are speechless. they are bankrupt of words. there is no manner. every one is impressed by words and reacting each day. they are analyzing the words. they are doing postmortem of  the words. the words are not patent and proprietary.we are worried on political parties and politicians.

at present the congress party in crucial stage. when BJP AND AAP is facing face to face rivalry. although congress has RAHUL ,  in but  present time he is becoming weak. in his party in state level many factions are there. none party worker is following his leadership. like state party president, leader of the opposition etc especially in M.P. THERE are many factions like Scindhiya, Kamalnath, Pachori, Ajaysingh ,Digviyay singhAND so many groups are there. every one is dominating to others. in this way, rahul  will not get sufficient seats from M. P. and other parties are working more strongly. it is not possible  to keep them united. because all leaders have superiority complex and want sto become MP AND MINISTER. none have respect to others.all are egoistic. and all are cunning.

in state govt health,education, PWD, irrigations, MPEB etc departments are known as a problem children.none can solve the problems.because the official staffs have no time , subordinates are putting the files, and they signed. officers are not applying their minds. they are busy on HMV will. they have no controlled on their staffs . they are showing powers to the districts and field workers. how many directorates and Secretariat clerks are suspended or taken actions those have not putting the files  with in time. officers have no power, no control on them.they are taking actions against weak and distant employees. all policies are delayed at top level. officers are now incompetent. they are ready to take actions against them. in gunuine cases file is in submission.millions files are dump and will open when the person concerned will approach to the concerned clerks/officers. they are pending due to bribery or corruptions.so these are incurable diseases. good officers more suffer. i have many examples.so state  govt is totally fail in administration

Happiness is a state of mind and we all know that ‘Happiness’ means different things to different people. It is also definite that everyone aims at and desires to be happy, each moment during his lifetime. A big question is, as to where do I get it or how do we find it, in this world with wide variations among individuals in terms of social, financial, educational, religious aspects, health, preferences in life, choice of likes & dislikes and many more factors?

Most of the time, we get easily influenced by whatever happens around us. We tend to get distracted and may be lured also and many times end up with sufferings and unhappiness because we do not use our wisdom to see things in a wider perspective and in a logical manner. Getting over-consumed in the hunger of more, more and further more in terms of money, glory or prestige, may lead to a disaster rather than to the happiness.
In order to fulfill our keen desire to experience sustained happiness, it is difficult to find a single window solution. However to a large extent we may get the desired results by pooling a right combination of the following traits.
1. Take care of your body.
2. Do something you love.
3. Live in the present.
4. Keep the child alive in you and restrict emotional longevity.
5. Socialize regularly and develop personal relationship.
6. Show Compassion for others.
7. Be bold to say sorry.
8. Drive away negative energy fast.
9. Maintain energetic and smiling disposition.
10. Be patient and do not be victim of generation gap.
Let us see what can be done to achieve above traits to get closer to a happy existence.
1. Take care of your body
Let us not forget the saying ‘A happy mind rests inside a healthy body’. Physical health and mental well-being, both are important to be happy. The most important ingredient, therefore for happiness in the life, is to maintain a healthy body.
We all have to appreciate that the good health necessarily needs balanced diet and regular physical activities / exercise for its fitness and functional longevity. Physical exercise not only keeps us fit but that stimulates the mood and excites us for a happy disposition.
One has to therefore remain committed to a balanced food habits, healthy routines and body care in commensurate to the age, body structure and other health related issues.
Yoga, pranayam and meditation further supplement in strengthening body and mind both.
2. Do something you love
We quite often feel happy and well-lived when we do an activity that excites us. We should try to devote some time out of our usual schedule for those activities (our hobbies) to derive pleasure and happiness. These include listening/playing music, sports and games, site seeing, reading books of your taste, spiritual activities etc. This will help in reducing our fatigue and lethargy and will take us towards happiness.
Above activities become more valuable for those persons who have called it a day from their regular work on account of superannuation or otherwise. Age should never be taken as a barrier in this regard. Get started with your love & passion, and enjoy moments of happiness.
3. Live in the present and keep the hope alive
We have to learn as to how to make the present moment; a happy moment, by forgetting the past and by not paying undue concern for the future. We all know past has gone forever and will never come back, and similarly my too much concern for future is likely to spoil my present also. Therefore let us try to appreciate and enjoy the sounds, the smells, the sights, the tastes and the people around us to make this present moment a happy moment. This is nothing but optimizing all our sense organs and the wisdom to our utmost benefit. Further, good hopes in the mind bring optimism and become a good reason for happiness.
It is quite important to try for what we want, but more than that it is necessary to judge as to what we really need. Similarly it is good to appreciate what we have been blessed with, rather than what we do not possess.
The entire life is nothing but a long chain comprising small bits of passing time. These small bits of time keep passing in front of us one by one without any break. First we perceive them as future for which we keep waiting, then the same comes as present in front of us and later it becomes a past. The smallest bead of these bits is our one complete breathing cycle. So if we go on adding positive values to this smallest unit ‘in present form’ and feel happy, automatically the entire life becomes a chain of tiny bits of happiness to result into happy existence. Our efforts should be to enjoy every small bit of happiness.
4. Keep the child alive in you and restrict emotional longevity
Children always have an inquisitive mind full of curiosity. They always have many questions coming up their mind and do not hesitate to clarify them. They enjoy this and develop their confidence level at each answer. These trends vitalize their minds and make them knowledgeable and alert. They also try day-in and day-out to learn new things. At any stage of life, learning new things should not stop in order to sustain alertness and vitality. Let us never think that it is too late to learn something new.
Another important quality in children is a quick switchover from a bad mood to good mood, almost instantly, without sticking to unwanted details of the past events that made him unhappy. Unpleasant social happenings (though, may be sometimes error of our own judgment and interpretation) do upset us and make us unhappy, but we have to learn art of coming out of it as fast as possible by diverting our mind, like a child and land back to normalcy. We have to keep a check on our emotions and avoid dragging them beyond reasonable limits, since that will keep hindering our movement towards happiness. We have to remember that all is temporary in the sea of emotions.
5. Socialise and develop personal relationship
Beyond personal contributions, most of the happiness in the life comes through our near and dear ones. Dedicating time for our family and friends is therefore quite important. This relationship has to be developed and nurtured on continuous basis like regularly watering a plant for its proper health and growth. This demands time, patience and sometimes sacrifice also. Relationship is likely to perish if it is not nurtured on regular basis. Socialising provides good occasion and also a platform to discuss on various topics and drive our mind away from one state to another without our knowledge. Many times these meetings provide unforeseen solutions to the cause of our worries and unhappiness. Socialising with our peers is the best dose towards happiness at any age because of commonality of interests and seamless discussions.
Many times we forget to realize that in certain matters we do not have any other choice/option. Say for example, we have to accept our parents, children and other close
relations as they are, and learn the art of appreciating their point of view also in case of varying opinions.
We may also remember that seeking a change in self is the most convenient way to move forward to happiness. Efforts to bring changes in others may consume lot of energy and some times, even may become a total disappointment.
6. Show Compassion for others
Giving and sharing is always a big joy and a reason to be happy. We have to trust the saying ‘sharing is caring’. A compassionate attitude towards others is a big source of happiness in an individual. Studies have revealed that happiest persons on earth are those who have dedicated time, money and energy for others in the society. This includes people around you in your first circle. These people with compassion have been in the service of mankind to reduce sufferings of others and enjoy the bliss.
It is obvious that each individual may have varying capacity and capability to effectively put this trait into practice. However be sure to explore your highest bid in practicing compassion for others and conclusively derive happiness for yourself.
Our deeds have to reflect love and compassion and not pain, fear and distress for others. We have to sensitize ourselves in this art.
7. Be bold to say sorry
Although purposely we may not commit any act to make some body unhappy, however knowingly or unknowingly sometimes our actions/intentions become a reason for giving rise to unhappiness in others. No sooner we realize this situation (it is a judicious and truthful observation with in us with a calm mind), we should be able to muster courage and be bold to say sorry to the affected individual or individuals with appropriate gesture, feelings and tone. Our ego, social, financial or other level differences have to be kept away for this purpose.
At this juncture it is very important to appreciate that on one hand, this action soothes down the other party but more than that it relieves us from the mental agony and unhappiness encircling the mind and heart. As a consequence a feeling of happiness is bound to make a place within us.
8. Drive away negative energy fast
Positive energy within us motivates us, makes us optimistic and happy where as a negative energy demotivates and makes us pessimistic and unhappy. Any person with a positive energy will enjoy pleasure and happiness and will dissipate love, affection and compassion. Negative
energy in the body in any form like anger, hatred, jealousy etc. once generated within us shall go on harming our mind and body both, till it exists and as such it has to be quickly converted into another form of energy which has positivity. Faster it is done lesser is the damage. Negative energy will keep the body and the mind in a stressed state resulting into wrong actions and unpleasant narrations and can never lead us to happiness.
9. Maintain energetic and smiling disposition
Love and happiness get multiplied as we try to live with it. A person with energetic and happy disposition will radiate positive energy and attract persons for mutual interaction and such interactions shall further enhance the overall happiness on both the sides. On the other hand people will avoid meeting and interacting with individuals who are pessimistic and maintain endless dull and sad disposition for no adequate reasons.
10. Be patient and do not be victim of generation gap
As we grow year by year, we are bound to develop certain preferences, likes and dis-likes which are the result of prevailing environment around us, economic status, exposure, educational levels, age old stories from elders, family traditions and many more factors. By the time a new generation is ready to take on the reigns, things around us change so much that we are unable to acknowledge and appreciate the new status. Many old concepts and thoughts are taken over by new concepts, new cultural evolutions and new preferences on account of global cultural influences, new technologies and global mixing of the people.
In order to keep happy without falling prey of these changes, one has to develop lot of patience so that the issues are visualized and perceived in a broader way and we do not become victim of the so called ‘generation gap’.
Younger ones on the other hand have also to note, that blessings from parents and elders have a big impact in overall prosperity and happiness. Hence listen to them without hurting their expression of deep affection for you. Final decision still is in your hands.

I congratulate to both MR AMBANI AND KUMAR those have decided to adopt vegetarianism in personal and professional lives. 2 years before i have written letter to reliance fresh from Pune. i was on tour there. i visited there AUNDH i have seen frozen meat , chickens etc. i shocked and was unable to control my thoughts, emotions and written a letter regarding the selling of such products. we are strictly Orthodox about  our live styles, foods, daily routine. non veges are not good for health. it is not acceptable. AMBANI JI, you will surprise  that i have not purchased any thing from your shop. although i am your valuable customer but generally avoid the visit. because i am a strict vegetarian. due to slaughtering of the animals and EXPORT OF MEAT are increased. it is a very alarming sign of the country, society and personal.i welcome the opinions of KUMAR MANGALAM that he has not done any compromise on this issue i appreciate his will power . he was  firm on this issue that no meat and wine will be served in the offices. he followed the righteous values of his fore fathers.
