every coin has two sides. it is not the question of defeat or victory.
it is the matter of power.AK is right because he wants police must be
under his govt like other states.his orders are not following by his
subordinates.subordinates are fearless because they have no control of
the state govt.it is a matter of competence. AK was helpless. so he
requested to the LG and G O I. they have shown helplessness so AK had
adopted he worthy weapon. he had declared before and the movement
started.
in the end his demands were partially accepted and it is the end of
movement and beginning of new journey.
