in our country the law is effective after the incidence occurred.before the misshapen police and district administration remain unheard.after that some one dies then police takes action. now there is no return of journalist.it is an alarming sign. one part is that journalists are the fourth pillar of the nation and it is unheard. if police has not taken any actions against the complaint concerned police officers must be treated accused and punished accordingly.
