No body is worried for the rapes. the way the Delhi rape was occurred in such way is really horrible. now a days every body is advocating according to his views . he is also correct and may not be correct. really we are opposing so the rate of incidences are increasing. but it is true that this is so easy and soft targets are girls women,. it is a communal, social and mental diseases of the men, it is an incurable diseases. how to control is a bigger question but it is also uncontrollable. we know in villages and in every where these crimes are increasing more and more. arguments are endless. and controversies are the part of politics. no body can satisfy to all. the safety of individuals are more important. at present society is fearless. governments are helpless. every body is advising and no body has dare to to actions. now wait and watch.it is a big issue and not possible to eliminate it. they are sins. every moment every human beings are suffered by such sins. treatments are very easy, if we will be cultured, religious so these sins may be eradicate. solutions are there but no body is able to understand the other"s views. we have no respect to each others.
