our country is famous for red tapism.the only formula is AAPATTI,VIPPATTI,SAMPATTI,SANTUSHTI AND SAFLATA.(objection, problems, bribery, satisfaction and success,) govt wants LESS CORRUPTIONS AND ANNA WANTS CORRUPTION LESS NATION.IT is a custom of our INDIA. there are less infrastructures in our country.no roads, no electricity, no water, no land and political interferences are more in our country.so basic needs are away from our approach.
