S C has given appropriate direction to the central govt for granting the permission to the accused with in the stipulated time. delayed justice is also injustice. there are thousand cases pending due to the permission. some political, administrative and some times due to the basis of corruptions the permissions are delayed. the permissions and justice should be given within accordance of law.
