Really delayed justice is also injustice. in our country for the natural justice, accused has more power. it is true that the pend ency of the case , adjournment of the case is a good tactics adopted by accused,no accused but his pleader.37 years of the case means 2 generations passed and still case is stand on. it is the praise worthy.
