amendment on the use of PEACOCK FEATHER urgent action

RESPECTED SIR,
(1) with reference to the above mention subject, i want to draw your kind attention that the ministry of forest is proposing the amendment on wild life protection act 1972 that THE USES , PURCHASING,SELLING, EXHIBIT, TRANSFERRING, TRADING OF PEACOCK FEATHER IS TREATED A CRIMINAL ACT . There is no exemption in religious act.
(2)SIR, according to JAIN LITERATURE S our JAIN SAINTS/ MUNIS are using PEACOCK FEATHER for the protection of insects , lives. it is used as essential instrument of their lives. secondly the peacock gives or leaves feathers involuntarily. they are not killed for feather. if the ban will be imposed on peacock feather , it will be very difficult for the. their duties are not fulfiiled without peacock feathers. it is not the part of violence.
(3) SIR, we want to draw your kind attention on the banning of peacock feather. kindly give relaxation on this bill for jain community. we do the needful
