Dr Pandey had produced sample test report and photographs of the lake
during the hearing which lasted for 90 minutes. He convinced NGT that
the lake at Shahpura has turned into a sewage pond comprising dangerous
chemicals and solid wastes, over the years.
dr pandey has raised very crucial issue before the tribunal and it is
accepted by the tribunal. it is a praiseworthy action taken by him and
decision is also praiseworthy. lake is only for disposals of wastes. it
is the beauty of the city and due to mismanagement s it is treated as a
disposal site . congratulations.
