there are 3 things . mind, words and actions, working of mind is a continuous process. now the thoughts, memories will come to in your mind first, they are acceptable or not first to decide, you have less power to control on your mind, mind is like a money. monkey never remains stable, and then he is intoxicated and after he is bitten by scorpions so like we , our mind is in this state.so you can keep your mind in stable and controlled state by chains of knowledge.firstly some thoughts come to your mind and then you use them by words and then by actions. it is a fixed stage. MAN , VACHAN , KAYA . to control the mind requires practice. practice means meditation DHYAAN . DHYAANS are 4 types. 1AARTA 2 ROUDRA 3DHARMA 4 SHUKLA In this way every one is in dhyaan . they are good or bad . SUPPOSE a shop man is also in dhyaan of the costumers,practice makes man perfect. some says during dhyaan state many unwanted thoughts used to come. unbelievable instances disturb me. i do agree. you can not check them or control them. say in own self come, come and try to meditate that they are not advantageous for me. try to adopt those are advantageous to you. it is easy to say but difficult to adopt. by practice is must. one day you will able to achieve your target. you become like a swan, swan's beak has capacity to separate the milk and water and enjoys taking milk only and leaves water.
