it is custom of M P govt not to reply any application. reply depends on the wishes/ desires of the concerning officer or clerk. we know MP GOVT MEANS MAN PASAND SARKAR . I HAVE several proofs that there are no response given by the state govt and its officials. still the case is pending in concerned sections. they do not bother. C S comment is not satisfactory and said i have not opened the mails. now what is the use of computers in the govt.
