why too much of health food is bad

ARTICLE is very informative. writers have given every points of each and particular diets,we are not able to understand that what is good and what is bad. every thing is in excess is bad. balanced diet is very useful for health.as you have mentioned about the eggs, fishes and even meat is very dangerous and harmful for health. eggs an fishes contains cholesterol and other elements those are harmful for health.vegetarian diets fruits vegans  are also due to pesticides and chemical uses are creating toxicity, that is why they are also toxic. at present we are not getting water in pure form. water is also creatinfg many diseases.i want to say that WHAT WE ARE TAKING BHOJAN OR AAHAAR. BHOJAN MEANS DUE TO BHOG WE WASTE OUR JEEWAN (LIFE) WHERE AS AAHAAR MEANS AROGYA VARDHAK AND HAANI RAHIT (AAHAAR MEANS HEALTHY WITH NOT DANGEROUS TO HEALTH,)SHAKAHAAR MEANS SHANYI KARAK HANI RAHIT (PEACE GIVER WITH HARMLESS.
