i want to draw your kind attention to the violation of the drugs and magic remedies act 1954(objectionable advertisements)for example in your popular paper dainik bhaskar dated 07/02/2011 are KESH KING, SKINOCAP AND OIL, JAPANI TEL, SPEED HEALTH, NAV PAOURUSH, ARSHHAR PERFECT, OBERID , SULABH ETC.as per the act there are 58 diseases related products you can publish. if you are publishing is a violation of the act. for this, state govt of MP has authorized to take actions against them are COLLECTOR, DEPUTY COLLECTORS, S P AND Dy SP . due to the over duty and neglected fields they are not taking proper actions against them. by these advertisements the publications are getting huge sums and violating the laws. these advertisements should be stopped immediately.i hope for the sake of money do not publish these misleading advertisements.
