FIR AGAINST POISON CLINIC

it is a matter of great pleasure that our efforts on the above subject we get success. he is cheating and be fooling the innocent  people and violating the DRUGS AND MAGIC REMEDIES ACT1954, MP NURSING HOME ACT, DRUGS AND COSMETIC ACT1940 AND RULES1945. he was unheard and given many notices he had not responded our letters, but due to our jointly efforts we got success and CMOH BHOPAL lodged  the FIR against POISON CLINIC.
it is very true that at present not only in cities but in towns and villages there are so many medical stores are running those are not following the rules and regulations of the pharmacy, shop acts. they are running without pharmacists. and also not following the guidelines. many medical stores are selling physician's samples and expiry dates medicines. some are selling without manufacturing license medicines.these medicals require strict vigilance.some are selling spurious medicines.
पॉइजन क्लीनिक के खिलाफ दर्ज हो धोखाधड़ी का मामला
नसं.भोपालत्न पॉइजन क्लीनिक में मप्र नर्सिंग होम एक्ट एवं ड्रग्स एंड कास्मेटिक एक्ट का पालन नहीं हो रहा है। इस कारण क्लीनिक संचालक डॉ. अभिनीत गुप्ता के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्ज किया जाए। यह शिकायत सीएमएचओ डॉ. पंकज शुक्ला ने कमला नगर थाने में की है। उन्होंने बताया कि जिला मलेरिया अधिकारी ने क्लीनिक का निरीक्षण किया था। इसकी रिपोर्ट में डॉ. त्रिपाठी ने पॉइजन क्लीनिक संचालक के पास एमबीबीएस की डिग्री न होने, मप्र नर्सिंग होम एक्ट का पालन न होने तथा फिजियोथैरेपी की आड़ में क्लीनिक में आने वाले लोगों धोखा देने की बात कही थी।
it is also a good efforts done by CMOH BHOPAL. it was done by the CMO under the pressures because he was delaying the matter due to unknown causes. such persons are violating the rules and regulation and conducting offenses. we request to the local administrations and as well state govt to take actions against those who are cheating and misleading the people  those are innocent.
