we know the plannings are good and fine but who are following the instructions, rules and regulations.in the capital hundreds of colonies are developed and are developing under the noses of state govt and local bodies govts. when they completed then govts are aware of the colonies.to whom they were developed and are developing.it is a clandestine nexus of politicians,officers, colonizers and criminals.all are capitalists and they are keeping the administrations in their pockets.
secondly MR B L GAUR said that Bhopal will be like Paris. i agree with him. but at present roads are dust free and no earthy land . concretes are on the roads sides so temperatures remains hot .ecological imbalances are there. now there is no traffic sense . roads like link road no 1, 2 are always remain under construction. construct and demolitions are the continuous processes. why once make a planned projects. in this way misuses of exchequers.
thirdly all projects should be completed in stipulated time. in this way money will be controlled and result will be there.
accused and irregularities must be controlled and take disciplinary actions against them without partiality.
Honesty is needed but it is far away. all are interested to earn money more. corruptions are on highest peaks. if really the governments are interested to develop capital so we have mush potency but if there oblique interests are there so no body can save the capital by encroachments.ALL MINISTERS AND OFFICERS WILL DIE ONE DAY THEIR BAD OR GOOD NAMES WILL BE REMEMBERED BY US.but they will carry the money with their dead bodies or will be utilized by their kins and kith's.
REMEMBER NO BODY IS PERMANENT IN THIS WORLD, every body is in queue for death so be fearful and god has appointed you for the services of the people so do and earn good name and fame.no body will suffer during death time. disputes will be there. and family members will go to courts, police stations and jails. make a plan honestly and faithfully for the welfare of the people. we will not remain up to 2031 but we will be remembered by the coming generations.
