if you are nearer to nature so you will enjoy more.nearer to nature means less burden on your mind and less belongings are the key of happiness. belongings means physical wants. but also many thoughts are also be called belongings. if we are nearer to nature we will enjoy more tension less. if we have more belongings so we will we attached more and in gaining and in losing we will feel anxiety. and if it is with us to protect them and keep them safely. like wise now a days we are totally dependent on electricity. by which we are conducting all activities, if power is not there so be become power less. so although we got Independence on 15 AUGUST then still we are dependent.so natural and artificial lives. so always try to integrate our body with mind. there are be balance. both are reciprocally dependent and interdependent.SATTWIC diets are always helpful for building the body and mind fit. as you eat it effects on your body. so try to live nearer to nature.
