there are 4 purushartha described in our ancient books . 1 DHRAMA, 2 ARTHA 3 KAAM AUR 4 MOKSHA.so our earning must be according to dharama ( religious. ethical) so we can fulfill our kaam and liberation . money is very important for our livelihood . but for the money we should not deviate our ritual paths. we should watch our deeds/ action. during the daily life we have not hurt any one. some says money is only money. it is not black or white. i agree with them but how you are earning in softy manners or in hardly manners.
there are 3 PURSUITS 1 pursuit of life 2 pursuit of wealth 3 pursuit of other world.money is needed for our existence. for the sake of money man is doing every task may to right or wrong.if our life span is long and we have no sources of money for entertainments, meetings our requirements are known as sinner,we should do efforts for the earning of the money. sources of earnings are 1 agriculture 2 dairy for animals 3 business 4 services private or govts we should introspect our selves how we are earning. now a days easiest way of earning is CORRUPTIONS/ BRIBERY.
SOME ONE SAYS demerit produces pain, happiness follows Truth (Dharama) this is well -known to all.there fore the man who desires happiness should always refrain from demerit, and follow dharma.. whether happy or miserable in this world thou must exercise piety , if happy to increase thy happiness :and if miserable, to remove the misery. having given up back -biting , begging , deceit, theft, falsehood and other faults , pursue what is best in the both the worlds for religion, wealth, renown and happiness. the wealth of even good men is not increased by pious income :as the seas can never be filled with fresh water only.
being entangled in enjoyments and therefore thoughtless, thou art again and again made miserable by occupation , etc, to obtain wealth and other objects of this world. if thou under-goest the trouble even once intending to obtain liberation , then certainly thou wouldst never experience the pain of being born again and again. so to earn the money in limits and sources should be clean and not guilty conscious,
