it is not wrong. when CM and his cabinate ministers are earning huge sums so they are earning left over materials. it is not surprisingly. it is the tip of the iceberg of the corruption.not only politicians, officials, party workers and cooperators are looting the state and country. they are so thick skinned that they know the complications of the diseases. give money and solve the problem. or some years in imprisonment then all amount will be white money.after that sacrifice they will be the respectable and rich man. onwards the life will be pleasant.
