pharamceuticals are killing us.

after gone through the your article i am worried how to survive in this universe and how to save the planet Earth.every where we are getting/using chemical. in water, milk, paste, tea, coffee, vegetables, grains, fruits, soaps, cold drinks, meats, eggs, chickens, liquors. every where, when we are not getting balanced diets  and chemical free diets and air is also polluted so we are sick. our life style changed TV, COMPUTERS , WASHING MACHINES, and other homely appliances  are there so physical exercises diminished . eating healthy fast /junk foods and inviting many diseases some are curable and some are incurable. after effects we are in stress and strains for official/ professional tensions are their.so in this way we are engulfed by physical and mental illness. once we are diseased so requires medicines. medicines are not safe. they are based on dangerous and harmful chemicals. and they are addictive. if we are not taking medicines so other complications are there.
it is the best way to make our life style easy. early to bed and early to rise, moderate and mild exercises, prayers, meditations, planned life and style. healthy and balanced diets, do not eat fast foods, junk foods, non veges like meat, eggs, chickens, eggs, liquor, no addictions, not extra marital relations. fear with god and not adopt bad/ill habits, timely viewing TV, LESS TENSIONS. cheerful and healthy living. if we adopt such things so we can live happily  without illness. but how to save ourselves without chemicals./pesticides./insecticides.pharma companies are pouring unwanted chemicals those are dangerous and creating complications.. they are inviting many diseases and we are engulfed by them. now we are not safe and KFC, Mcdonalds are pouring poisons and providing unwanted things. it is an alarming sign for us and our family and society. so adopt vegetarian diet, vegetables and fruits they are more valuable and less harmful.less tension and do moderate exercises daily and planned lifestyle.
