ekanta the practice of solitude

i want to enjoy ekanta. the beauty of the word is very illustrative and deep/penetrating. i want to enjoy ekanta. one has told/said about ekanta that it is the union of same nature/ attitudes/ understanding.there is no need for ekanta to visit himalaya or in micro interior and in remote. i my opinion there are 3 things are essential to achieve or conduct any action. MAN , VACHAN AUR KAYA (MIND, WORDS AND ACTION) first we decide so it is the act of mind then i speak/ told/ said/ utter is the act of words and then we execute so it is the function/act/work/ deed/ performance
now  to understand that for ekanta is there any need of loneliness?or requires friendship/ companions, or lonely place or alone mind.according to me all are needed also and not needed.i am using the word ALSO (BHEE) NOT HAVE TO / MUST( HEE ). these two are more potential and more power ful. one bhee is a word of solution and hee is a word of conflict/ disputes.bhee is a word of anekantvad  or the theory of relativity.to respect the opinion of others. before obtaining ekanta we have to remove  the conflicts thenwe can obtain peace/ ekanta. now the question is what is the need of silence  and what we will do in silence. because thoughts are in continuous process, you can not check or prevent them, yes you can control them. in true sense there are 2 types of thoughts in the beginning RAAG AUR DWESH these are due to MOHA. either we will say he/she is bad or good.these thoughts are harmful for soul /AATMA .now we are reaching towards meditation or dhyan  state.it means we have 3 types of thinking SHUBHA, ASHUBHA AUR SHUDHDHA.ie good, bad and pure. how to attain the pure thoughts first of all we should be detached with worldly wants. there are no enemy and no friends, no good and no bad. we are we getting are the fruits of the past lives actions/deeds/and to day we are getting the seeds of past lives sowing.we must live in equanimity ,no foe or friends. we are living in present state due to the fruits of past. our family members, friends, wealth, luxury, post , all worldly wants are very very temporary.when we are also temporary so all are temporary.
like wise my soul has 3 natures / types shubha, ashubha and shudhdha, if we are unable to attain shudhdha bhav or aatma so try to live n shubha bhav or shubha aatama or shubha state. that means do not hram to any one, to follow the righteous paths of our life. adopt nonviolence, truthfulness, prideless ness, forgiveness, purity,  celibacy, non possession like wise more. our mind is so CHANCHAL it is not easy o control. that is why it is known as neuter gender. it does require any thing but initiate us  through our five sense like skin, eyes, nose, ears. and tongue.we are wondering here and there for fulfilling the wants of 5 senses through min or MAN.
it teaches us to first control your mind. mind is like monkey and monkey is intoxicated so becomes more and more CHANCHAL and bitten by scorpion so he/she becomes uncontrollable, so it should be contrlled by the ropes or chains. like wise mind must be controlled by the GYAN or knowledge. and by meditation so we will get salvation step by step.
Jain Monk is a person renounces the worldly life and all the attachments, and is initiated. into monkshood or nunhood. the man is called Sadhu, Shraman or Muni and the woman is called Sadhvi, Shramani, or AryƤ. Their renunciation is total which means they are completely detached from the social and worldly activities and they do not take any part in those activities anymore. Instead, they spend their time spiritual uplifting their souls and guiding householders such as ourselves how to uplift our souls.
When they get initiated into the life of Sadhus and Sadhvis, they take five major vows and act strictly in accordance with those vows. These five vow are also known as Panch mahavratas laid down by Lord Mahavira
In summary, while taking these vows, they say, “O Lord Arihant! I will not commit the sins of violence, express falsehood, steal and enjoy sensual pleasures, or be possessive, by speech, thought or deed; nor will I assist or order anyone to commit these sins. I will not approve or endorse anyone committing such sins. Oh Lord! I hereby take a sacred and solemn vow that throughout my life, I will follow these five major vows and strictly follow the code of conduct laid out for a sadhu and a sadhvi.”
in this when we will become MUNI so we will able to keep silence , and able to remain in ekanta.
