EXERCISE is the part of our lives.there are several ways of exercise . but still in our lives the old styles of Indian tradition like dand baithak, drillls are best. the quantity of exercise that during the exercise the sweating in the axillary arm pits.so do the half. time is not essential . if you are doing the hundred dands and you have sweating starts so do the half. morning is the best and in evening before dinner is acceptable.
